Klein Consulting Group (KCG) was engaged to provide an on-site assessment of their current Capture and Stellent IBPM (Oracle IPM) production environments. Once the assessment was reviewed and approved by the client, KCG cleaned up their Stellent IBPM (Oracle IPM) system environment by purging obsolete applications and associated artifacts. KCG resolved several issues that occurred due to previously mis-configured settings in both the Capture and Stellent IBPM (Oracle IPM) systems. In addition, a long term storage growth strategy was devised by KCG after thoroughly analyzing the rate of their disk consumption.

The Capture processes were reviewed and best-practices (OCR, Full Text, Patch Codes, Bar Codes, and redesigned Cover Sheets) were implemented to improve their scanning and indexing efficiencies. “Implementing a content management system is not easy and there were many challenges to overcome at the Largest Home Improvement Retailer in the World. Large integrators questioned whether an implementation this size as desired could even take place at the time. Adam and his team were confident they could deliver and took the challenges head-on. They worked directly with Optika creating a Development Partner relationship that allowed Adam's team to participate in the planning, feature analysis, and testing of the Acorde product. Adam's team took the final product and installed multiple applications resulting in the largest deployment of Optika Acorde in the world.”
