Klein Consulting Group was engaged to build customized ASP Workflow forms for use with the Stellent IBPM 7.6 Web Client. This project was for an in-house Payables application. KCG worked both off-site and on-site to complete the development, installation, testing and support on ServiceMaster's IBPM test system. The development included the ASP Workflow forms, custom scripts, JDE integrations and newly developed custom modules. KCG resources were also used to migrate the application and all custom components from the test environment to the production environment.

KCG has been engaged for multiple assignments to help ServiceMaster including troubleshoot the system differences between the Development, Test and Production systems, install additional servers to help system query throughput, make modifications to custom programs created by another consulting team to repair defects, and configure the Workflow transaction processor in the Development and Test environments.

ServiceMaster brought in KCG to upgrade the existing ECM environment and test all upgraded custom components, existing workflows and JDE integration points. The capture was upgraded to the latest version of Oracle Document Capture and KCG also upgraded the installed Stellent IBPM system to the latest version of Oracle IPM

“Implementing a content management system is not easy and there were many challenges to overcome at the Largest Home Improvement Retailer in the World. Large integrators questioned whether an implementation this size as desired could even take place at the time. Adam and his team were confident they could deliver and took the challenges head-on. They worked directly with Optika creating a Development Partner relationship that allowed Adam's team to participate in the planning, feature analysis, and testing of the Acorde product. Adam's team took the final product and installed multiple applications resulting in the largest deployment of Optika Acorde in the world.”
