Southern U.S. State Pension Project

Klein Consulting Group resources drove the $1.5 Million budget content management replacement project consisting of the following Oracle version 11g components - Oracle Document Capture, Oracle IPM (Imaging and Process Management), SOA Suite, Business Activity Monitoring and the Application Extension Framework.

KCG was also responsible for Migration Analysis and the Conversion of their existing 5 Million Object repository. KCG worked directly with the customer to gather requirements, create project plans, and configure the Oracle applications for multiple business areas.

KCG resources defined technical components to pass along to the internal technical team for the custom development components the customer wanted to produce.

KCG worked closely with the Document Services organization to streamline the prepping, scanning and indexing functions. KCG created detailed Oracle Capture and Imaging user guides customized for the customer and trained 160 employees over a two week period on the applications and how they integrate with their day to day assignments.

“At The Largest Home Improvement Retailer in the World, Adam recognized that the content management technology needed to be treated as a new I.T. core competency, not just a single project to be delivered. He worked closely with Senior Management from I.T. and the business units since a critical aspect of successful solutions is interdepartmental cooperation and coordination.

Adam initiated the creation of the cross-functional Imaging Services Group that identified, prioritized and rolled-out numerous applications while working side by side with the business users every step of the way. The Imaging Services Group exceeded all business benefit projections for their projects. The G&A improvements that the company gained and service turnarounds for our vendor partners were dramatic. In forming the Klein Consulting Group, Adam has assembled a similar mix of resources that allows them to deliver superior solutions and services focused on the customer.”
