Klein Consulting Group was engaged to provide an on-site assessment of OPM's IBPM production environment. This included examining the current hardware configuration, the server performance during peak and off-peak periods, the image and workflow package volumes during peak and off-peak periods and storage consumption. KCG analyzed the collected data and prepared a written report summarizing the findings including recommendations for improving the system.
