Malt-O-Meal needed Stellent Capture and Stellent IBPM (Oracle IPM) expertise ASAP to work on business critical applications that needed to go live in a few weeks.  KCG worked directing with the end users and I.T. department to gather the necessary business requirements to complete their application quickly.   KCG created a detailed user guide customized for this critical application and used by employees that are new to the Stellent system.

KCG assisted with migrating their scanning solution from Stellent Capture to Captovation Capture, and extending their use of the Captovation Import Server module with custom developed macros that enhance the indexing process.  KCG also developed custom programs to automatically gather additional index information from legacy systems and update the Stellent IBPM (Oracle IPM) repository on a daily basis.  KCG has also been involved with the upgrade from Stellent IBPM to Oracle IPM.

Since KCG has proven their ability to quickly deliver projects, the initial engagement has been extended to assist Malt-O-Meal on multiple new projects including the storing of 100's of Monthly Financial Reports, additional Capture and Stellent IBPM (Oracle IPM) applications, and enhancements to existing applications including incorporating the use of barcodes.

KCG expertise was used for the paperless A/P Oracle IPM Workflow Project that was integrated with their current Lawson ERP system. KCG was involved from the requirements gathering phase, built the A/P Workflow process in the Oracle IPM system, created the necessary custom processes asked for by Malt-O-Meal, and ran conference room pilots while working side by side with the users to complete a thorough system test of all the new components.

KCG has worked both on-site and off-site with Malt-O-Meal during the durations of these projects.

“At The Largest Home Improvement Retailer in the World, Adam recognized that the content management technology needed to be treated as a new I.T. core competency, not just a single project to be delivered.  He worked closely with Senior Management from I.T. and the business units since a critical aspect of successful solutions is interdepartmental cooperation and coordination.

Adam initiated the creation of the cross-functional Imaging Services Group that identified, prioritized and rolled-out numerous applications while working side by side with the business users every step of the way.  The Imaging Services Group exceeded all business benefit projections for their projects.  The G&A improvements that the company gained and service turnarounds for our vendor partners were dramatic.  In forming the Klein Consulting Group, Adam has assembled a similar mix of resources that allows them to deliver superior solutions and services focused on the customer.”
