The Klein Consulting Group was engaged to perform on-site analysis of the current scanning procedures and Kofax configurations.   One of the issues this customer was experiencing was low bar code read rates. KCG worked with the customer's technical staff to create the combination of Kofax settings that produced the highest bar code read rates. KCG documented all findings from the on-site analysis in a Systems Analysis and Recommendations document that was reviewed and delivered to the customer when the engagement was completed.
