DS Waters of America

On-site Klein Consulting Group (KCG) resources were used for the configuration and development of the Stellent Capture and Stellent IBPM (Oracle IPM) products as well as the installation of the Stellent ERP Integration Suite. The Capture solution developed uses OCR for speeding up the indexing process when capturing multiple types of General Ledger Journal Entry documents. KCG implemented an Oracle Financials integration enabling users to view images directly from the Oracle Financials system.

KCG also developed integrated searches that originate from Stellent IBPM (Oracle IPM) and join the Stellent Imaging and Oracle Financial repositories brining back a combined result set that is viewed in the Stellent IBPM (Oracle IPM) system.

KCG was subsequently engaged to perform the migration from Stellent Capture to Captovation Capture in the Test and Production environments. KCG was also asked to develop a training guide for the I.T. department for installing the capture software on additional machines.

KCG has worked primarily on-site with DS Waters to meet their system needs.

“At The Largest Home Improvement Retailer in the World, Adam recognized that the content management technology needed to be treated as a new I.T. core competency, not just a single project to be delivered. He worked closely with Senior Management from I.T. and the business units since a critical aspect of successful solutions is interdepartmental cooperation and coordination.

Adam initiated the creation of the cross-functional Imaging Services Group that identified, prioritized and rolled-out numerous applications while working side by side with the business users every step of the way. The Imaging Services Group exceeded all business benefit projections for their projects. The G&A improvements that the company gained and service turnarounds for our vendor partners were dramatic. In forming the Klein Consulting Group, Adam has assembled a similar mix of resources that allows them to deliver superior solutions and services focused on the customer.”
